Privacy: Calls, Forms and Email
Last updated:
This is my plain-English privacy policy for calls, forms and email on this Gainesville commercial real estate site. It was updated on 2026-10-06. It says what the lead form collects, what the page records and how to withdraw consent or ask me to delete your information.
What the lead form collects
The lead form asks for your name, email, phone, the property address or your brief, your goal, a message and your consent to be contacted. Those fields come to me. After you send it, the first step is a short call or email from me.
You can use the find space form without giving every optional detail. Consent is required to send the form.
What the page records in your browser
Your browser's session storage holds the landing page, the referrer, UTM parameters and the gclid. The page sends those values with a form submission so I know which page and campaign brought you here. Session storage clears when you close the tab.
No cookies are set.
Clicks to call and text
A click on a phone number link fires an on-page event only. No third-party analytics script is loaded by this site as built. If that changes, this notice changes first.
Calls and texts
Calls and texts to the number shown on the site may be tracked or forwarded. Recording is off unless a notice says otherwise before the call.
Consent and how to withdraw it
You must consent to be contacted before the form will send. You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to a text, or call me at the number shown on the contact page.
Florida law on automated calls and texts
Section 501.059, F.S., the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, covers automated or prerecorded sales calls and texts. The 2026 Florida Statutes define the consent needed. The statute reads: "Prior express written consent" means a written agreement that: 1. Bears the signature of the called party; 2. Clearly authorizes the person making or allowing the placement of a telephonic sales call by telephone call, text message, or voicemail transmission to deliver or cause to be delivered to the called party a telephonic sales call using an automated system for the selection and dialing of telephone numbers, the playing of a recorded message when a connection is completed to a number called, or the transmission of a prerecorded voicemail; 3. Includes the telephone number to which the called party authorizes a telephonic sales call to be delivered.
On this site, the form's consent box is how that written consent is given.
Where your data goes
Nothing is stored on a server by the site itself. A form submission is sent to a lead service that passes it to me. If it cannot be sent, the form shows my email and phone number so you can write or call instead. Either way, I receive what you typed.
Who sees a submission
Only I read a submission. Nothing you send is sold, rented or shared with advertisers. I may follow up by phone, text or email using the contact details you gave, and only because you consented on the form.
Deletion requests
To have what you sent deleted, call me and say which form you used and when. I will remove it from the records I control.
Children
This site is for property owners and business tenants. It does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this notice
If the site starts using cookies, a third-party analytics script or call recording, this notice is updated first and the date at the top changes. Check the date before you send a form.
Questions
Read the contact page for how to reach me. The about page tells you who I am, and the FAQ answers common questions.
